Health & Wellness Fair

The annual Health & Wellness Fair is held in the spring semester and is intended to spread awareness through educating students and the College community on both western and eastern modalities of health and healing. 

The Wellness Experience

End the fall semester stress-free! Join us for a day that is filled with pampering and relaxation. This is a great way to begin the holiday season and to prepare for the spring semester.

Yoga Classes

Yoga is an ancient practice that helps develop strength and flexibility in the body, mind, and spirit. These foundational classes teach the essential alignment structures, core yoga concepts, and replenish the system. All classes are great for beginners, for the curious, and for the experienced to find the roots of their practice with all the room to grow and explore further into their own being.
Meditation Groups

Meditation is practiced around the world across all faiths and cultures for mental and spiritual development. It is a method for coming into stillness to observe the mind and become more aware of your experience in the present moment.

Movement Classes

These classes are for anyone looking to get a great cardio work-out while learning how to move the body in a fun and therapeutic way. From kickboxing, self-defense to dance, learn about various cultures while strengthening and toning the entire body.

Group Counseling

Group counseling provides a place where you can come together with others and share problems or concerns to better understand your own situation and to learn from and with others.

Psycho-Educational Workshops

These are workshops scheduled throughout the academic year to provide educational resources, tips and tools for good mental health and academic success.

Mental Health Screenings

Screenings are an effective assessment tool to determine if you are exhibiting symptoms of concern. Sign up for your screening today.

Health Clinics 

Various health clinics are offered through the academic year to improve one’s physical health.
